New hire or transitioning into a provincial benefits plan? Newly married or just had a baby? It’s easy to enrol, review your coverage, add a dependant and update beneficiary designations.
1. I am a first time user. How do I log in?
If you are eligible for benefits, you will receive an email from OTIP to your school board email inviting you to enrol in your new benefits plan. If you are currently on a leave of absence, your enrolment instructions will be mailed to you. If you think you are eligible for benefits and have not received instructions to enrol from OTIP or cannot locate them, please call us at 1-866-783-6847.

If you are an RTIP/ARM member:
2. I am a returning user. How do I log in?
Enter your OTIP Identification Number (found on your benefits card) and date of birth. Then enter the password you created when you first enrolled. If you cannot remember your password, click the ‘Forgot Your Password?’ link and follow the instructions. If you need assistance, please contact OTIP Benefits Services at 1-888-521-0023.
3. What should I do if I forgot my password?
Enter your OTIP Identification Number (found on your benefits card), followed by your date of birth. Then click the ‘Forgot password?’ link and follow the instructions. You will need to provide answers to the security questions you set during your registration. If you need assistance, please contact OTIP Benefits Services at 1-888-521-0023.
4. I have been locked out of my account, or my account has been suspended. How do I regain access?
If you are registering for the first time and have locked your account, contact OTIP Benefits Services at 1-888-521-0023 and they will assist you.
If you are a returning user and you have locked your account after three unsuccessful password attempts, you can unlock your account by selecting the ‘Forgot password’ link and following the instructions. You will need to provide answers to the security questions you set during your registration. If you need assistance, please contact OTIP Benefits Services at 1-888-521-0023.
If you answer your security questions incorrectly and have suspended your account, you will need to contact OTIP Benefit Services at 1-888-521-0023 to regain access.
